Custom Home Design — 1 Flounder Street

This approximately 2,500-square-foot custom residence was developed around the owner’s preferred style, daily needs, and construction budget. The design process emphasized direct communication and focused revisions, allowing the original concept to move efficiently into a completed home that reflected the client’s priorities.

Christopher Epps was a jewel to work with. He immediately picked up on my style and I made very few changes to his original design. He listened and responded with a beautiful plan for our new home within my budget. Christopher was always available to meet with me and we communicated a lot through email as this was easy for me.
