The work begins with the property, the governing requirements, and the way the owner intends to use the space. We evaluate zoning, setbacks, flood and site constraints, neighborhood or ARB requirements, existing construction, consultant needs, and permitting before those issues become expensive surprises.
Each project is led directly by Christopher Epps and developed into clear documents suitable for contractor pricing, community review, consultant coordination, and permit submission.
