InCircle Architecture is a Lowcountry architecture firm led directly by Christopher R. Epps, AIA, NCARB, CPTED. We help homeowners, business owners, contractors, and property teams move complicated projects from an initial problem to a clear, permit-ready path.
Our work is concentrated in residential additions and renovations, commercial tenant upfits, existing-building conditions, historic and community approvals, code and permitting challenges, and projects requiring close coordination among owners, contractors, engineers, MEP consultants, reviewing agencies, and community boards.
The name InCircle reflects how we work: direct communication, defined responsibilities, practical recommendations, and long-term professional relationships. Clients work with the principal architect, not through a handoff chain.
